These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the oofos website and all transactions made through this platform. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

When using oofos’s website, you must do so lawfully and responsibly. Specifically, you may not:

Access any restricted directories or systems without proper authorization.
Disrupt, overload or compromise the security or functionality of the site.
Upload, transmit, or introduce any viruses, ransomware, or malicious software.
Copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit proprietary content without written permission.
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized conduct related to your use of the platform or your orders.

Product Information and Order Acceptance

oofos strives to present accurate product details including pricing, descriptions, availability, and images. However, errors may occur. Your order placement is an offer to purchase subject to oofos’s acceptance.

oofos reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to price errors, insufficient stock, payment issues, or fraud prevention concerns.

Order Processing and Shipping

Order processing generally takes between 1-3 business days. Delivery is estimated to occur within 7-12 business days from order confirmation. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return. To qualify, the product must be unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please obtain a return authorization by contacting oofos support at karlubigo@gmail.com before sending your return.

Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days after oofos receives and inspects the returned item. Refunds will be credited solely to the original payment method used.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour window, orders may already be in process and cannot be canceled.

Ownership of Content

All content on the oofos website—including text, images, trademarks, software, and site design—is the property of oofos or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
